SMS consent terms

When you submit our form and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring calls and text messages from Consumer Claims Network, including via automated technology and artificial or prerecorded voice, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Your mobile opt-in consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share information with our clinical reviewers, with service providers under contract who process data on our behalf (such as hosting and messaging providers), and with a participating attorney when you authorize us to do so. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

We keep claim and consent records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations — generally up to seven years after your last interaction with us — then delete or anonymize them.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@consumerclaimsnetwork.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address you gave us, or write to us at 2695 E Water Wheel Ct, Heber City, UT 84032. You may also request access to or correction of your information. We respond within 30 days. Requesting deletion also removes you from all calls and messages.
